GARLIC PORK ESCALOPE

Ingredients:

4 Pork Escalopes

2 cloves garlic

Ground Black Pepper and Salt

Finely chopped Onion

Sliced Mushrooms

Frylight

Foil

 

Method:

Finely chop and Crush the Garlic and mix with the onion, salt and pepper and spary with frylight.

Place Pork escalopes on a squares of aluminium foil, and divide the mixture between them all.

Wrap the foil around the pork and mixture to form a parcel. And place in the oven on gas 6 for 40mins.

 

Serve with free vegetables.
