CREAMY HERB DRESSING

Sin Free on both

Ingredients:

2 spring onions
1/2 pkt Parsley leaves
2 tsp Fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
1/2 c Low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c Low-fat plain yogurt
1 tsp Dried oregano

Salt, Freshly ground black pepper


Method:

Finely chop onions, parsley and fresh dill; set aside. In food processor or blender container, process cottage cheese, yogurt, and seasonings until smooth. Remove and stir in onion and herb mixture. Pour into covered container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Menu suggestion:

Toast one slice of nimble from your Healthy extras, and cube. Add sliced chicken, toss together with some salad and you have a kind of chicken Caesar Salad.
