CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

6 Sins on either plan

Ingredients:

7 oz Quark

2 Eggs separated

1 Large tub fromage frais

3 sachets drinking chocolate (6 sins)

8 Tablespoons of artificial sweetener

Vanilla Essence to taste

Method:

Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener until smooth, add the drinking chocolate.

Add the Quark and fromage frais, mix until creamy add the vanilla essence and mix well.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture (stir in with a spoon)

Leave overnight to set.
