CHOCOLATE SCANBRAN CAKE

Whole cake 7.5 sins on either plan.

Ingredients:

3 Eggs

5 Scanbran

28gm Cadburys Cocoa powder

1 tbls golden syrup

1 tbls Canderel

3/4 Mullerlight Choc yoghurt

 

Method:

Cover the Scanbran with hot water to soften them. Add all other ingredients and beat until mixed. Place in a microwavable dish, and microwave for 15 minutes on a medium setting. Check by testing the centre of the cake. Return to the microwave for a further 5 minutes or so or until slightly spongy in the middle. (Depends on how powerful your microwave is).

 

Try using different flavours i.e. banana mullerlight or add some coffee or vanilla essence. Very nice recipe very versatile indeed. I personally recommend it as long as you don't eat the whole thing at once!!
