Serves 2. 1 Sin Original 8 1/2
(Deduct 6 sins per serving if using chicken as a Healthy
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 garlic clove crushed
1 heaped tsp grated root ginger
Salt and ground black pepper
1 level tablespoon artificial sweetener
1 level tablespoon clear honey
2 tablespoons dry Sherry
4 x 142g/5oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized
In large bowl, combine the soy sauce, crushed garlic,
pepper, artificial sweetener, honey and sherry. Pour the ingredients
over the chicken and leave to marinade in a refrigerator overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200c,400f, gas mark 6. Remove the chicken from
the marinade and place in an ovenproof dish.
Cook the chicken in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, basting
occasionally with the left-over marinade.
Serve with stir-fry free vegetables or rice if on a green
