Chicken Tikka

Serves 1 Sin Free on Original

 

Ingredients:

1 Skinless, boneless chicken breast

3/4 rashers of bacon
garlic salt
3 dairy lea light triangles (from your healthy extra)

or use 2 tesco healthy eating triangles 1.5 sins each

 

Method:

Cut a slit into the chicken, and flatten it out.
Add the triangles and the garlic salt (or any herbs you want).
Fold the chicken back over and wrap the bacon all round the chicken.
Wrap in silver foil and bake it for about an hour at 180 -200c.

(Try using smoked bacon to give the chicken a smoky flavour).
