1 Tub Quark

2 Large bananas

2 Tablespoons of artificial sweetener

1 Sachet dried Gelatine

1 Tablespoon of lemon juice

8 Ginger Thins (8 sins, check brand for sins)

1 Sachet Toffee Options



Crush biscuits and place into a removable base tin.

Blend bananas, Quark, lemon juice and artificial sweetner.

Dissolve gelatine in a little hot water as per instructions.

Stir into mixture.

Dissolve toffee options in around 3 tablespoons of hot water.

Stir into mixture lightly so it has a kind of marbled colour not fully mixed.

Pour onto biscuits and chill for 2 hours. Serve.



This is a really nice recipe, I made it and all my family loved it. (They're not too keen on scan-bran cake which is what I usually make). I thought it was the best tasting cake I have ever tasted on SW plan. Give it a go you'll be surprised how good it is.
